Support cannot retrieve your seed words for you. If you have lost them, contact support to discuss your situation and whether the wallet archive and replacement process is appropriate.
Wallet recovery depends on the correct words you saved. Support can explain the official verification or recovery process, but it cannot supply missing words or replace an incorrect list with the original one.
Archiving and creating a replacement wallet is a separate process for future account and distribution setup. It is not a promise to recover the old wallet's balance. Before approving an archive, make sure you understand the possible distribution gap and the steps you will need to complete afterward.
