A traditional bank account allows for password resets, fraud support, and account recovery through the institution.
A blockchain wallet does not work this way.

You are fully responsible for access and security
There is no recovery process for lost seed phrases
No support team can restore access if critical information is lost
This structure is what gives you full ownership, but it also requires a higher level of personal responsibility.
