Select Forgot Password at https://app.prosperlink.co and follow the instructions to create a new password. Please do not send your password to support.
A ProsperLink password reset addresses access to the back office. It does not reset the wallet passcode, create a wallet or recover missing seed words.
If you no longer control the email needed for the reset, contact help@prosperlink.co for the email-change verification process. Tell support which email is on the account and why you cannot access it. We can only update your own email address not change someone else's on their behalf.
