Write down all 12 words in the correct order and keep them in a safe, private place. Do not photograph them or send them by email, text or direct message. Never share them with anyone, including support.
The order matters, so keep the complete list exactly as provided during wallet setup. A list that is incomplete or belongs to another wallet may not recover the wallet you intend to access.
Store it privately where you can find it when needed. Your support reply should simply confirm that you saved the words, not show them. When asking for help or sharing a screenshot, make sure the recovery words are not visible. Someone claiming to need them for verification is not following the support process.
